In detail

In detail: from scope to roadmap

01

Preparation and scope

We clarify objectives, scope and participants. Existing policies, framework conditions and relevant background information are reviewed. Where useful, we use targeted preliminary questions or short interviews.

  • Define objectives and participants
  • Review existing policies and measures
  • Targeted preliminary questions and interviews
  • Efficient and focused preparation
02

Running the workshop

The workshop is facilitated in a structured way and brings all relevant perspectives together. We work along real risks, typical attack vectors and internal framework conditions.

  • Classify and evaluate current measures
  • Make gaps visible and prioritise them
  • Real risks and attack vectors as the basis
  • Jointly derive priority fields of action
03

Concept and roadmap

Based on the results we create a tailored awareness concept including a roadmap. The focus is on effectiveness: target groups, content, communication formats and suitable success criteria.

  • Define target groups and content
  • Determine communication formats and channels
  • Measures to anchor awareness in everyday work
  • Measurable success criteria and KPIs
04

Presentation of results and next steps

A few days after the workshop we present the concept and roadmap in a compact session. You receive a clear basis for decisions and can start implementation internally.

  • Compact presentation of results
  • Clear basis for decisions by management
  • Implementation internally or together with HRC
  • Awareness that can be planned, managed and communicated
Differentiation

Create clarity instead of piling up measures

Without a strategy

  • Individual measures without clear priorities
  • Generic content that misses real risks
  • No reliable plan for culture and compliance
  • Awareness as a compulsory task, not an investment
  • No measurability and no ability to steer

With the HRC strategy workshop

  • Prioritised fields of action based on real risks
  • Tailored content for your organisation
  • Structured roadmap for culture, processes and compliance
  • Awareness as a strategic security instrument
  • Measurable success criteria and clear KPIs

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who is the awareness strategy workshop for?

The workshop is aimed at organisations that want to set up awareness strategically, regardless of whether measures already exist or a fresh start is planned. Typical participants are CISOs, IT security officers, HR managers and executive management.

How long does the workshop take?

The workshop itself usually takes half a day to a full day. Preparation (scope clarification, preliminary questions) and the subsequent concept development come on top. Overall, expect a period of 2–3 weeks.

What do we get as a result?

You receive a tailored awareness concept with a prioritised roadmap: target groups, content, communication formats, measures to anchor awareness in everyday work and suitable success criteria. The concept can be implemented immediately.

Can we implement it internally?

Yes. The roadmap is prepared so that you can start implementation internally. On request we accompany the next steps or take over individual measures.
