Security begins withresponsibility
Why we do what we do, and how.
Why we do this
Critical infrastructure such as energy suppliers, hospitals, public authorities and financial institutions forms the backbone of our society. When they are attacked, it affects more than one company. It affects families, communities, entire regions.
The threat situation has changed. Attacks on organisations have become more targeted, more manipulative and more human. It is not firewalls that are overcome, but people who are deceived. On the phone, at the door, in an email. And the consequences are borne not only by security departments, but by everyone who depends on functioning structures.
We exist because technical security alone is not enough. We protect the factor that is decisive in every security architecture and most often overlooked: people.
That means enabling organisations to recognise manipulation before it takes effect. Strengthening employees instead of blaming them. And building a security culture that holds in times of crisis, not just during the audit.
Our stance
Social engineering tests reach deep into the trust of an organisation. We are aware of this responsibility, and it determines how we work.
No exposure
Our tests target processes and structures, not individuals. We document weaknesses, not culprits.
Transparency
Before every engagement we define clearly what we do and what we do not do. No hidden escalations, no surprises outside the agreed framework.
Discretion without exception
We publish no client names, no case details, no references, unless a client expressly chooses to. Out of respect, not obligation.
Engagements we decline
Not every engagement suits us. If the goal or context of a test is not compatible with our principles, we decline.
Debriefing as equals
After the test we sit in the room with the same people we tested: open, respectful and solution-oriented. Security does not come from fear, but from understanding.
